Welcome to Giri Migration Law Insights!

I am Krishna Giri, a dedicated legal professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience. I hold a Diploma in Law from LPAB/LEC and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Additionally, I earned a Master of Public Policy from the prestigious Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, Germany.

As an overseas qualified lawyer from Nepal, I bring over a decade of experience working in law firms and with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs). This journey has enriched my understanding of legal and policy issues across various sectors.

In September 2023, I completed the ‘Immigration Essentials for Lawyers’ course through the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), further enhancing my expertise in immigration law.

This blog aims to share my insights and provide valuable family and migration law information. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of legal matters and stay informed about the latest developments in these fields.
